Hi, I’m Tessa,

I’m a holistic massage therapist, somatic practitioner, educator, and facilitator with nearly a decade of experience working 1:1 with clients, as well as building wellbeing educational experiences with brands such as triyoga, Kaylo, Facebook, Apple & Dr. Gabor Mate.

My work bridges my experience of working hands on with people, a deep understanding of creating inspiring educational trainings, and experience managing large teams of practitioners and wellness experts.
